Ecstatic Dance gives you an experience in which you can let go and find your own personal expression. The music ranges from calm, meditative moments to energetic, ecstatic phases.
It is not about technique or goals, but about experiencing the music and the movement. This is an invitation to experience yourself in a state of flow, to explore your body and emotions and to expand your consciousness.
All people are welcome here, regardless of ethnicity.
Come, dance freely and connect with yourself and the community - without pressure, just in the moment!
ATEMA mainly plays electronic dance music in various genres, rhythms and intensities. Here you can get an auditory foretaste:

Schedule
Arrival and welcome (~10 min.)
Introduction, guidelines, short check-in
Warm-up (~15 min.)
Guided movement part to open the body and get in the mood for the dance.
Dance (~1h 45 min.)
The music is the guide, 2 dance waves take you on this journey.
Integration (~7 min.)
A moment of silence and darkness allows us to integrate what we have moved and experienced.
Closing circle (~10 min.)
We conclude the experience together in a closing circle.
