Über die Veranstaltung
Through guided practices, we tune into our bodies and explore the art of meeting others with personal awareness and mutual consent, flowing naturally with the music without pressure to escalate, and gracefully finding natural endings to connections.
Our musical landscape, merging euphoric moments with darker undertones, supports an ever-evolving group dance, where we move with the music like water and fire, and allow ourselves to be wild, free and alive. We flow alone or in connection in sensual, playful ways and flow as the moment inspires. And as the music winds down, we gather into a cuddle space to transition our experience into a soft landing.

An ecstatic dance journey
This is an ecstatic dance event rooted in free movement, deep presence, and the joy of embodied expression. The dance floor is our shared space for exploration, where music guides us through waves of energy, sometimes wild and expansive, sometimes slow and intimate. In the spirit of ecstatic dancing, we follow the guidelines:
Come as fresh as possible.
Drop the words (except to express consent and boundaries).
No shoes, phones, cameras.
Please be sober for the entirety of the experience.
Sensual connections
To create a safe environment, we learn and practice clear communication and respect boundaries. Invitations are only given to those open to receive them. In connection with others, we can express our sensuality through movement and touch. And as juicy as these connections can get, we agree to enjoy them within the container, and abandon the need to hunt, prolong, escalate or pursue these connections outside of it. With this safety in place, we can enjoy these moments of sensuality with each other without goal, and find beautiful natural endings to them. Desires & boundaries
In this experience, we tap into our Eros, our life force, and invite it to rise and express itself in our creativity. Though we encourage the exploration of sensuality through movement, dance and connection with others, we have a boundary against exploration of sεxuality. Within this frame, we are free to explore the desires within us, without the need to act on them.
